Appointment Types
Discovery Call
A free 15 minute phone call to answer any questions you have and talk through how I can help, no commitment, just a chance to see if we're the right fit.
Initial Assessment
For anyone new to Fusion. Your first appointment, where we work through your health history and a physical assessment together, so I have a clear picture of your conditions, symptoms and goals before we build your plan.
Subsequent Appointment
For clients who've already completed an Initial Assessment. Choose a 30, 45 or 60 minute session, whichever suits what you need that day.
Locations
Jetts Sippy Downs
A gym, but sessions here aren't a typical gym workout. I use the space, and sometimes the equipment, but everything is built around what your body needs that day, not a generic program. This location suits you if you're comfortable in a busier environment, or if access to specific gym equipment is genuinely useful for what we're working on.
Good Folk Pilates Studio, Yandina
A private, one-on-one studio, quieter and lower-stimulation than a gym floor. If noise, lighting or a busy environment tends to affect your symptoms, particularly with POTS, chronic fatigue or migraine, this is usually the better fit.
